Returns & Refund Policy

At IRHA FASHIONS, we take great pride in the quality of our Silk Sarees and Ethnic Fashion Jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Special Conditions

• COD orders must be confirmed by the customer via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
• Do not refuse delivery of a COD order once dispatched. Refused deliveries will incur a return shipping charge of ₹150, which will be deducted from any future store credit or refund.
• If a COD order is returned due to customer refusal or non-availability, no refund will be issued as no payment was collected.
• COD is available only for orders up to ₹4,000. Orders above this amount must be paid online.
• COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds — store credit or exchange will be offered instead.
• If you wish to cancel your COD order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
• No cancellation will be accepted after the product has been shipped.

↩️ Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Customised or stitched items are not eligible for return

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during sale or with discount codes
• Clearance & huge discount sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• Jewellery that has been worn or altered
• Gift cards

💳 Refund Process

• ⚠️ A minimum 1-minute unboxing/parcel opening video is mandatory for all return and refund requests. Returns will not be accepted without this video.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
• All products will be eligible for credit note only
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• COD orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds

We offer free exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to availability. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
