- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Customised or stitched items are not eligible for return

- Items purchased during sale or with discount codes
- Jewellery that has been worn or altered
- Gift cards

- One Minute Parcel opening video is must
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5â7 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
