At IRHA FASHIONS, we are committed to delivering your ethnic wear and jewellery safely and promptly across India.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Partners
We ship through Shiprocket-powered courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Ekart, depending on your delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3β5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5β7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7β10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on eligible orders as per current promotions.
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier partner's website or via the Shiprocket tracking portal.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your support email] or via WhatsApp. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes. COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process.
